FOGLIGHT INTEGRATIONS
Many of our Customers want a solution to integrate to other products. Our most common request is Service Now, where we seamlessly integrate to send alarms and open ticket using the REST API. Our team frequently creates new integrations for products based on their defined use-case, and can do this for you.

There are 3 different Alarm Export solutions available which enable access to Foglight Data for analyzing performance information in other systems.
The Alarm Export Bundle is a stackable model. Where most custom solutions each come with their own PSO Support agreement requirement, we allow customers to procure one, two, or all three solutions without increasing their Support Agreement costs. Our three Alarm Export solutions are individually viewable in the presentations below

We’ve designed and built a set of 4 different Lifecycle Management cartridges for the busy Foglight Administrator. These tools simplify management, reduce time and complexity for administration, and ensure all aspects of your Foglight environment are synchronized and performing optimally.

CENTRALIZED CONFIGURATION FOR FOGLIGHT
Centralized configuration generally focuses on our larger customer environments, with multiple Foglight Management Servers (FMS) installed, either in the same data center or in a distributed condition.
Customers normally must touch every FMS individually to update rules and configurations.
- Centralized Configuration makes it possible to perform many of the common activities one at a time and update all the others with a click of a button. Features include:
Configure one cluster, or many clusters
- Allows you to control which servers are updated and which are not
Automatically sync changes from one FMS to all other servers in the cluster:
- Creation
- Deletion
- Modification
Provides an audit trail of all synchronized changes
- Know what change happened on which FMS and when it happened
- Perform discovery from any FMS
FOGLIGHT POWER PACKS
These Power Pack solutions are built based on common requests we’ve received for more accessible views and data from within Foglight. Each one provides the user with greater control and ability to access data in new and different ways.
This Cartridge for SQL and Performance Investigator (PI) puts pure POWER in your hands! Referred to sometimes by Quest as SQL PI Advanced, we give you access to data from both the analysis and monitoring details inside Foglight. We cracked the code to access the metrics you need and enable you to create highly customized dashboards with drag and drop simplicity. Our no-coding-required solution empowers users to quickly build what they envision without having to learn a new language just to get started.
